eShop Charger and Early Bird Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) are for a limited time only launch price of the AmpCharge EV Charger 7kW Flash (“Charger”) when promotional code used. These Promotion Terms apply in conjunction with the Agreement for the supply of EV Charger Units (the “Supply Agreement”) or the Agreement for the supply and installation of EV Charger Units (the “Supply & Install Agreement”), whichever is applicable to your purchase. You agree that you have read and agree to the Supply Agreement/ Supply &Install Agreement. To the extent any terms and conditions herein are inconsistent with the terms and conditions in the Supply Agreement/ Supply & Install Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Supply Agreement/Supply & Install Agreement shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Promotion Terms have the meaning given to them in the Supply Agreement/ Supply & Install Agreement, unless defined in these Promotion Terms. Agreement, unless defined in these Promotion Terms.

1. Eligibility for Promotion 
1.1 You are eligible for this Promotion if you satisfy all of the following requirements:  

a. You have purchased a Charger via our AmpCharge web shop accessible at https://ampcharge.ampol.com.au/charging-at-home (the “Web Shop”) during the Promotion Period;  and  

b. Before completing your purchase in our Web Shop, you have successfully entered 'FLASH200' into the promotion code box in the order summary on the cart page

(the “Promotion Criteria”).

2. Promotion Period 

2.1 This Promotion starts on 2nd December 2024 at 12:00am (Sydney Time) and ends 31st January 2025 at 11:59pm (Sydney Time) 

(the "Promotion Period").

3. Promotion  
3.1 For a limited time only during the Promotion Period, we are offering our new Charger at a special launch price to any customer who meets the Promotion Criteria (the "Promotion").
3.2 You are required to enter 'FLASH200' into the promo code box in the order summary on the cart page (https://shop.ampol.com.au/cart) when purchasing a Charger during the Promotion Period.

4. General Terms and Exclusions 
4.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts (including Ampol partners or affiliates). Once at checkout, if you have multiple promotional codes, you must choose which promotional code to enter.

4.2 The special launch price only applies to our new Charger, not to any other AmpCharge EV charger hardware offered for sale on our Web Shop or our installation package.

4.3 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the Supply Agreement/Supply & Install Agreement (whichever applies).

4.4 The Charger is not available for sale in South Australia. This Promotion therefore does not apply to customers in South Australia.
