Terms & Conditions for Free Standard Installation Promotion

These terms and conditions for a free Standard Installation (the “Promotion Terms”) apply in conjunction with the Agreement for the supply and install of EV Charger Units (the “Agreement”). You agree that you have read and agree to the Agreement. To the extent any terms and conditions herein are inconsistent with the terms and conditions in the Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Promotion Terms have the meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless defined in these Promotion Terms. 

1. Eligibility for Promotion 

You are eligible for this promotion if you satisfy all of the following requirements:  

1. You have purchased a Charger via our Web Shop during the Promotion Period;  
2. satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in the Agreement.

2. Promotion Period 

2.1 This promotion starts on 30th July 2024 at 12:00am (AEST) and ends at the earlier of:

1. when 50 Chargers have been sold via our Web Shop as determined by us; or 
2. on 30th September 2024 at 12:00pm (AEST).

3. Promotion  

3.1 As part of the AmpCharge home charging Web Shop launch, we’re offering a free Standard Installation valued at up to [$1,100] (incl. GST) to the first 50 customers who purchase a Charger via our Web Shop during the Promotion Period and meet the Promotion Criteria (the “Promotion”). 

3.2 You automatically participate in the Promotion if you purchase a Charger during the Promotion Period. Ampol will assess your eligibility for the promotion and will inform you of the outcome late August 2024 post completing your order via our Web Shop.

 

4. Exclusions 

Any installation works that exceed the scope of our Standard Installation are excluded from this Promotion and will be at extra cost. We or our service provider will determine if your installation is a Standard Installation or a Non-Standard Installation based on the information you provide to us. If we or our service provider determine that you require a Non-Standard Installation, we will provide you with a non-binding Installation Estimate for any out-of-pocket costs before we commence the installation. Please refer to the Agreement for the definition of Standard Installation and to find out what is included and excluded in a Standard Installation. 

 

5. General Terms 

5.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.  

5.2 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the Agreement.
