LED Status
Here’s a guide to understanding the LED status of your EV charger

White LED
Ready for charging. Plug in your vehicle.

Green LED
Preparing for authentication.

Blue LED
Your vehicle is charging.

Red LED
There’s a fault. Call 13 14 04 to reset your EV charger.

Black LED
EV charger is booting or there’s no power. Call 13 14 04 to reset your EV charger.

Green Slow Pulse LED
Vehicle not ready. Check your vehicle for any EV charging prompts (e.g. your vehicle’s dashboard).

Blue Slow Pulse LED
Charging session is paused. Call 13 14 04 to reset your EV charger.

Red Fast Pulse LED
Authentication has been denied. Call 13 14 04 to reset your EV charger.
Troubleshoot an issue

Maintaining your EV charger
Safety Tips

Do not use the charging cable with an extension cable or an adapter.

Never use force to remove the plug from the vehicle. Dangerous electric arcs could result in serious injury or death.

Never touch the plug or charging cable if the plug is smoking or melting.

Always check the charging cable and the plug contacts for damage and contamination before use.

Never use a damaged charging cable or vehicle inlet.

Never use contacts that are dirty or damp.

Never attempt repairs to the charging cable. Replace damaged hardware, repairs are not possible.
Cleaning tips
Once you’ve contacted a licensed electrician, describe the installation work you need completed. They should be able to provide a quote in writing for you to accept.

Only clean the charging cable when it is not connected to the vehicle.

Clean the charging cable and dirty contacts with a dry cloth.
-
Never use abrasive cleaning agents, water jet or steam jet cleaners.

Never submerge the charging cable or plug in liquids.
