How it works

Whether your fleet is small or large, getting started is simple! Follow these steps below to electrify your fleet with ease: 

1. Register your interest

Begin your journey by completing our register interest form online. Simply click the link at the top of the page. 

2. We'll be in touch

If you’re an existing AmpolCard fuel customer registering interest, then one of our account managers will give you a call to discuss shortly. If you’re new to AmpolCard and registering your interest, then we’ll reach out to you once we’ve made this available (coming soon).

3. Get cards

AmpolCards will be sent by standard Australia Post, approximately 1 week from approval of your application. The cards come pre-activated and ready to use.

4. Begin charging

Begin charging your vehicles at any of our AmpCharge public charging sites.

5. One invoice

Enjoy the simplicity of a single monthly bill for all your charging sessions and cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can start charging as soon as your AmpolCard with EV charging are received, which is approximately 1 week from approval of your application.

AmpolCard with EV charging are sent by standard Australia Post, approximately 1 week from approval of your application.

Tap your AmpolCard with EV charging on a charger to start a charging session and press 'stop' on the charger screen to stop a charging session. You do not need to enter a PIN or odometer read at the charger.

However, if using your AmpolCard with EV charging to purchase Foodary in-store items, fuel or carwashes, you will need to first set up your card PIN in your Card Portal. This can also be done in-store (you will be prompted to set one up on the card terminal).
