AmpCharge Volkswagen Public Charging Discount Terms and Conditions

Your redemption and use of the offer constitute your deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your use of Ampol AmpCharge public EV charging stations is subject to the terms and conditions at https://ampcharge.ampol.com.au/policies/app-terms-and-conditions. 

This offer is only available to customers who have purchased a brand-new vehicle from the Volkswagen ID and Plug-in Hybrid range from a Volkswagen dealer within NSW, QLD, VIC or WA between 9 November 2026 and 31 December 2026.  

To be eligible for this offer, you must download and register an account in the Ampol app and activate your unique code via the Rewards tab in the app by 11:59pm on 22 January 2027 (Sydney Time) (Redemption Date). Your unique code is personal to you and cannot be shared.

The shared pool consists of 250,000kW of public charging at Ampol AmpCharge public EV charging stations (Shared Pool). Charging from the Shared Pool is provided on a first-come first-served basis and is available to you for 3 months from the Redemption Date or until the exhaustion of the Shared Pool, whichever occurs first. Access to charging from the Shared Pool is not guaranteed, there is no fixed allocation per customer, and availability is subject to remaining capacity in the Shared Pool.

This offer is intended for personal and reasonable use by you and can only be used to charge the eligible Volkswagen vehicle purchased. AmpCharge may monitor use of the offer and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Shared Pool if it reasonably suspects excessive, abnormal, fraudulent or otherwise not fair use of the offer.

Following successful activation of the offer, you will receive access to any remainder of the Shared Pool. As long as there is remaining capacity in the Shared Pool, the offer will be automatically applied to your next charge, and all subsequent charges for up to 3 months from the Redemption Date, or until the Shared Pool is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Upon redemption of the offer, the offer will appear in your account in the Ampol app. From the date that is 3 months from the Redemption Date or the time the Shared Pool is exhausted, whichever is earlier, the offer will expire and be removed from your Ampol account, regardless of whether you have used the offer.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ampol AmpCharge offer. If you have more than one offer activated in your Ampol app account, we will automatically apply the offer that gives you the greatest discount. When that offer ends, any other activated offer will continue for the remainder of its offer period (if still valid).

AmpCharge public EV charging sites are available in NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA only.
