AmpCharge Everything Electric 2025 Home Charging Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Promotion Terms") are for customers purchasing any AmpCharge EV Home Charger 7kW ("Charger") from the AmpCharge Web Shop ("Web Shop") using the Everything Electric discount code "EEAMP25" to receive $100 off the advertised price. These Terms apply in conjunction with the Agreement for the supply of EV Charger Units or the Agreement for the supply and installation of EV Charger Units, whichever is applicable to your purchase ("the Agreements"). You agree that you have read and agree to the Agreements. To the extent any terms and conditions herein are inconsistent with the terms and conditions in the Agreements, the terms and conditions of the Agreements shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Promotion Terms have the meaning given to them in the Agreements, unless defined in these Promotion Terms.

1. Eligibility for Promotion

You are eligible for this promotion if you satisfy all of the following requirements:

a. you have visited Everything Electric 2025;

b. you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in the Agreements;

c. you have purchased a Charger via our Web Shop during the Promotion Period;

d. before completing your purchased in our Web Shop, you have successfully entered 'EEAMP25' into the promotion code box in the order summary on the cart page; and

2. Promotion Period

2.1 This promotion starts on the 7th March 2025 at 12:00am (Sydney time) and ends on the 14th June 2025 at 11:59pm (Sydney time).

3. Promotion

3.1 Ampol are offering $100 off the advertised full price for any Charger for sale in the Web Shop to any customer who purchases a Charger using the promotional code 'EEAMP25' during the Promotion Period and who meets the Promotion Criteria (the "Promotion").

3.2 To participate in the Promotion, you are required to enter 'EEAMP25' into the promo code box in the order summary on the cart page (https://shop.ampol.com.au/cart) when purchasing a Charger during the Promotion Period.

3.3 The $100 discount will be applied to the advertised full price of the chosen Charger.

4. Exclusions

4.1 If you purchase a supply and installation package persuant to the Agreement for the supply and installation of EV Charger Units, the $100 off promotion only applies once, and only applies to the purchase of a Charger and is not valid towards the cost of any installation services (whether Standard Installation or a Non-Standard Installation is applicable).

4.2 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts on Chargers or installation services (including offers by Ampol partners or affiliates). Once at checkout, if you have multiple promotional codes, you must choose which promotional code to enter.

5. General Terms

5.1 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the Agreements.

5.2 This Promotion is limited to stock and availability and Ampol reserves the right to remove this Promotion at any time.
