YOUR DASHBOARD OVERVIEW

Once logged in you’ll land on the dashboard screen. This gives a handy overview of your charging status, scheduled sessions and charging history.

SCHEDULE YOUR CHARGING SESSIONS

On your dashboard you can set scheduled charging sessions for the week, including setting a start and end time, plus personalising each session with a unique description.

PLUG IN TO CHARGE

On the dashboard there will be an illustration of your EV charger.

If its green, it’ll prompt you to connect your charging connector into your EV. You’ll need to be connected in order to initiate a charging session or for a scheduled session to initiate.

If you’re in need of a charge now you can, by overriding your scheduled charging session. If you want to retain your scheduled charging session you’ll need to disconnect and reconnect your charging connector for the scheduled session to activate later.

Monitoring your charging session

You can keep tabs on your charging session anytime, anywhere. The charger illustration will appear blue to show it’s charging. You’ll also be able to see the current duration of the session, your charge rate and the energy delivered to your EV.

To end a session manually, simply press ‘Stop’ in the Driver Portal.

Charging history and insights

Want some insights into your charging habits? No problem. On the dashboard you can check out your daily, monthly, and yearly charging history.
